Moms have a lot of priorities, but I will help you to figure out which priorities matter most during each stage you are in.

After marrying my high school sweetheart and having four beautiful children, I know now, more than ever that DAILY self-care is not a luxury, but a priority if I want to thrive as a mother, wife, coach, leader, friend, sister, daughter…you name it! So, my friend, that is why I am here…to spread this message of self-care specifically to my tribe of mamas who deserve to be nurtured as much as they nurture others.

The truth is, I have had great experiences with pregnancy, giving birth and recovering, and I just have to give the credit to a safe and effective exercise routine (and a consistent sleep routine!) Baby number three opened my eyes to the value of meeting with a wellness coach prior to going back to work. I was incredibly nervous and stressed about my ability to manage it all. After working with a coach, I felt like I could do anything. And the transition back to work went as smooth as it could have. Baby number four opened my eyes to the importance of intentional work for the pelvic floor and deep core connection. I share that so you know that I don’t only offer these services, I myself receive these services because I understand the value. My goal is to support mothers- from those who are pregnant with their first child to those who are ready to embrace their changing bodies, minds and spirits while transitioning to a new life routine after having children.

I have been a client of Brookes for the past 6 years. I do personal training and attend group classes led by Brooke.
I had never enjoyed working out and was having a hard time sticking with any form of exercise.

I started with personal training and found Brooke to be very encouraging, warm, supportive and very thorough in teaching proper technique and form. Brooke also has great nutritional ideas and ways to have a healthy lifestyle.

Brooke really motivated me to challenge myself and I started attending group classes (Yoga, dance, kickboxing and step) The classes are so energizing and just so much fun. The classes quickly became the best part of my day!

I now look forward to my workouts and have really embraced making physical activity part of my daily life thanks to Brooke and her encouragement and support.

I met Brooke two years ago after struggling with a medical condition and decided I needed to get physically fit. I had no idea along the way I would learn more then being physically fit. Brooke has taught me through fitness the amazing benefits of mental and spiritual health . One of the best things I have taken away from this journey is the importance of self care. The best thing about Brooke is she can relate to all women as she sets a well balanced example.

My career in the fitness and wellness industry started back in 2002 when I began teaching group exercise classes at the university I attended. Since graduating in 2005, I have worked with employees of hospitals ranging from small rural hospitals to large urban level one trauma center hospitals with thousands of employees. I have provided 1:1 personal training and wellness coaching services and group exercise classes to hundreds of people. I have also designed and implemented numerous programs to enhance well-being. Healthcare workers need to hear the message of the necessity of self-care because of the challenging work they do day in and day out caring for patients. But you know what, mothers are another group of people who need to hear this message clearly. We need to open up to each other about the struggles we are facing first of all to regain our strength in our pelvic floor and also to accept our new beautiful bodies. Our bodies remind us that we are powerful women who carry babies, give birth to them, breast feed them, care for perhaps other children….all while dealing with the fluctuating hormones. It really is incredible if you take a moment to think about all that, right? Because I have been through the incredible journey of four pregnancies and recoveries, I have a lot to share and a lot to learn from others.

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach and group exercise instructor, I am blessed to use these tools to inspire care-givers to care for themselves first. It is an honor and a privilege to spread my joy of movement, self-care, and not taking life too seriously to the masses. I would love to be a part of your journey as a mother who prioritizes daily self-care in a way that works best in your life. I really appreciated the wisdom Brooke had to cater the workout to whoever was participating. We had 4 family members who’s bodies are at extremely different stages of life (pregnancy, athlete, young mom, older mom) and she was somehow able to make the workout extremely beneficial for each individual!
